Hybrid Training for Maximum Impact
We chose a hybrid training program to provide in-depth coaching and training while also offering flexible learning options. Leaders get enhanced support through two full days of live coaching, in-person or online. They also get access to an online learning platform so they can go at their own pace and complete training at their convenience.
