Return & Exchange Policy:
Children's Books
- Children's books are non-refundable at this time.
- Damaged or Missing goods: In the event that the book arrives damaged or goes missing (after full investigation performed by the courier service and Anisha The Early Childhood Coach) due to insufficient protection or lost airway bill, will issue a new book excluding the shipping costs. The customer will cover the shipping cost of new product to be delivered. If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days of purchase date for the policy to be available. Any orders after 7 days will not be honored.
